Courses built
in the field.
Three courses that distil decades of work with Olympic, Paralympic and professional athletes into something you can start applying tomorrow morning.
Performance Problem-Solving.
Decide. Develop. Deliver.
The framework at the heart of the course. Clarity on the intended outcome before the intervention, decision-making logic throughout the build, delivery grounded in what you actually control.
- 01Understanding the performance need
- 02Strength training in context
- 03Speed & change of direction
- 04Plyometrics & ballistic work
- 05Trunk & movement foundations
- 06Energy system development

Employment Short Course.
Getting a job in high-performance sport is a different skill to coaching in one. Four focused hours on the non-technical work no one taught you at university: CVs that get read, interviews that land, and the first ninety days that shape the rest.
Problem-Solving for Adaptation.
The next chapter of the framework. Where Performance Problem-Solving teaches you to diagnose the question before the intervention, Adaptation applies the same diagnostic thinking to how athletes adapt across a season, when to push, when to pivot, what the data is actually telling you. In development.

“Brilliant course , especially as a physiotherapist trying to increase their understanding of strength and conditioning within a rehabilitation context. It was extremely enlightening and thought-provoking, and has sharpened my problem-solving skills to better help the athletes I work with.”
